IndiCub Pvt Ltd is the Data Fiduciary responsible for your personal data under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

Most of our customers are parents shopping for their kids, so we’ve written this to be straightforward about what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Where the law requires your consent to process your personal data, we ask for it clearly, and you can withdraw that consent at any time (see Sections 8 and 11).

d) Customer Support Information

  • Any information you share with us when you contact customer support, including order queries, return/exchange requests, or feedback.

  • Detect and prevent fraud, unauthorised transactions, and misuse of our platform.
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, including our obligations to protect children’s data (see Section 7).

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

  • We use cookies and similar technologies to help our site function properly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our site.
  • Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only where you allow them.
  • When you first visit our site, we show a cookie banner that lets you accept or reject non-essential (analytics and advertising) cookies. You can change your choice at any time through our “Manage Cookies” settings.
  • We may use analytics tools to study site traffic and behaviour, so we can keep improving the shopping experience.
  • Where you’ve allowed advertising cookies, we may use them to show you relevant ads on our site or other platforms, based on your browsing activity. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of children (see Section 7).
  • You can also control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect how parts of our site work for you.
  • As there is no consistent industry standard for responding to browser “Do Not Track” signals, we do not currently alter our data practices when such a signal is detected.

  • Legal and regulatory authorities — where required to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights.

Where we store and transfer data: Some of our partners and tools may store or process personal data on servers located outside India. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data is handled in line with this policy and applicable law, and we comply with any restrictions the Government of India places on transfers to specific countries.
