6. Orders and Acceptance

• You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched by contacting our customer support. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will be handled in accordance with our current Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

• Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by IndiCub’s current Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
• Eligible items generally must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition, and must retain applicable tags, packaging and accessories.
• Innerwear, accessories and customized/personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange under the current policy.
• Once a return/exchange passes quality check, the refund or exchange is processed within the period stated in the current IndiCub Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
• For damaged, defective or incorrect products, customers should contact IndiCub within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Website, including but not limited to brand elements, logos, names, text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, product presentation, layout and design, is owned by or licensed to IndiCub Juniorwear Private Limited unless otherwise stated.
