At IndiCub, we want you and your little one to be completely happy with every order. If something isn't quite right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work when you shop with us on our website.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Each order is eligible for one return or exchange only. Once a return/exchange request has been processed for an order, no further return or exchange will be accepted on the same order.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All brand tags, original packaging, and accompanying accessories must be intact and undamaged.
  • Products purchased as a set must be returned as the complete set — partial returns of a set are not accepted.
  • The product must not show any stains, odour, perfume, tears, scratches, or signs of damage.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on innerwear, accessories, or customized/personalized products, due to hygiene reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Write to us with your Order ID and the reason for return/exchange at the contact details below.
  • Our team will verify your request and share the next steps — either a reverse pickup from your address, or self-ship instructions, depending on serviceability at your pincode.
  • Once your product reaches our warehouse, it will go through a quality check before your request is approved.
  • Reverse pickup is subject to courier serviceability in your area pincode; where pickup isn't available, you may be asked to self-ship the item to us.

3. Refund & Exchange Processing

  • Once your returned product passes quality check, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, or issued as store credit, as applicable to your order.
  • If an exchange cannot be fulfilled due to size or stock availability, we will offer an alternate product or issue a store credit for the value of the item.
  • Store credit, where issued, is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed only on our online store.
  • Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Please review your cart, sizes and shipping details carefully before completing checkout.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Reverse Pickup & Shipping Charges

  • We do not charge shipping for the first return pickup on an eligible order.
  • Where a reverse pickup is arranged through our courier partner, a nominal reverse pickup/shipping charge may be deducted from your eligible refund or store credit amount.

7. When We May Decline a Return or Exchange

We reserve the right to reject a return/exchange request if the product does not meet the eligibility conditions above, including (but not limited to) cases where:

  • The product has been worn, washed, cleaned, or altered.
  • Tags, packaging, or accessories are missing, damaged, or discarded.
  • The return is not linked to a valid order, or the product does not match our records.
  • A second return/exchange is requested on an order that has already used its one-time return/exchange.
